About Altair Photography

My name is Tyler Drayton. I grew up in Sydney, Australia, and moved to New York City in 2017. I now live in Brooklyn with my wife Amelia.

I bought my first camera after high school and have been shooting ever since.  I love the outdoors, and most of my photography features shots taken during my adventures.  The photos featured here are those which I think will look great hung on your wall and will stand the test of time.

Giving back

All proceeds from sales of prints are donated to Student Sponsor Partners. Click here for more information about this wonderful charity.

Printing

Prints are professionally made on Epson printers using premium lustre or enhanced matte paper and archival pigments and mounted on acid-free foam core backing.

Framing

All prints come standard with handcrafted locally-made frames using 100% solid wood with premium finishes and high quality clear acrylic (which has superior UV protection to glass). Prints are mounted on white 4-ply archival, acid-free rag-fiber matboard.

To protect your prints over time, frames are sealed with craft paper backing and fitted with sawtooth or D-bolt hangers to ensure the most secure installation on your wall.

Frames are available in Black, White or (in the USA only) White Driftwood.

Sizing

Prints are available in the following sizes, unless specified otherwise:

20” x 26” (frame size 33” x 27”)

22” x 32” (frame size 27” x 37”)

All frame sizes are approximations and will differ marginally based on image cropping.  If you have precise sizing requirements, please feel free to contact me directly.

Shipping

Shipping is free and available within the United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska) and Australia.

Turnaround time

All prints are made to order, and turnaround time will differ depending on the time of year, availability of printers and framers and your location.  Please contact me directly if you need your print by a certain date.
